Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. Data we collect
When you register, we collect the information you provide directly: username, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text). When you use the Site, we automatically process your IP address for security purposes such as rate-limiting sign-ups and login attempts.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to operate your account, deliver plugin downloads, prevent abuse (e.g. throttling repeated sign-ups or failed logins), and, where applicable, verify your email address or Discord membership.
3. Cookies
We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie (op_sid) to keep you logged in. It contains no tracking or advertising data and is not shared with third parties. See our Cookie Policy for details.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Limited data (e.g. a Discord user ID) may be shared with Discord's API solely to verify community membership when you opt in to that feature.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Site or our Discord community.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical measures — including hashed passwords, HTTPS transport, and secure session cookies — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
