1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OnlyPlugins ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. User content and plugins

Publishers retain ownership of the plugins they upload but grant OnlyPlugins a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, distribute and display that content on the Site. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to distribute it. See our Licensing Agreement for terms governing plugin downloads.

4. Prohibited use

You may not upload malicious code, infringe on intellectual property, attempt to circumvent security controls, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Licensing Agreement, or applicable law, at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The Site and all plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that plugins are free of defects or compatible with any particular server setup.

7. Limitation of liability

OnlyPlugins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or any plugin obtained through it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
